About Our Basketball Group Training
Session Includes:
- Appointment only
- 60 minute weekly sessions
- Build confidence
- Improve efficiency
- Create a solid foundation that will be instrumental in any level of play.
- Small Groups (Max 5)
Why Basketball Group Training?
Our Why:
They are designed for Level I and II student-athletes.
Ages: 6-14 or until the end of February of 8th grade school year.
Developing basketball skill fundamentals for small groups- in the following areas:
- Defense
- Shooting
- Ball Handling
- Rebounding
- Court Awareness
- Passing
- Mental
- Player Evaluation
